Biodanza and Spontaneous Painting for managers and work teams
The objective of this program is to develop a balance between the rational mind and other potentials of intelligence, such as intuition sensibility, emotional and symbolic intelligence, spontaneity, creativity and innate talents. Practices include meditation, Spontaneous Painting, Biodanza, writing from the unconscious and group process communication skills. The Nonverbal Languages of painting and movement are innate forms of Human intelligence that are essential tools to connect to multiple intelligences and other depths of perception.
Globalization, technological innovations and intense cultural transformations require of all professional organizations, and the people who work for them to prepare themselves as new Beings reconnecting with their essence, potentials and creativity. The successful performance of the entire organization depends upon the relationship between manager, employee and work teams, between work and pleasure, between cost and benefit and the personal growth of each individual.
Success of an organization is linked to its leadership. This program is being offered to managers who will introduce transformation within the organization in the areas of interpersonal relations, problem resolution and innovative approaches. The organization is a Human system which functions efficiently and creatively. It also aims to develop people's self-confidence, motivation (by aligning employees with their talents) and positive thinking.
Holism is the idea that body and mind, thoughts and feelings are intimately intertwined. Instead of intellectually "talking about" self-esteem, openness to new ideas, assertiveness or stress reduction, these positive feelings are activated through specific movements and musics such as, lightness and flow, moving in harmony with another, deaccelerating the fast pace and feeling a deep connection to your inner being, etc. People may enjoy expressing these feelings in Spontaneous Painting and writing. Reactions to these deeply-felt experiences "vivencias" are discussed afterward in group process, for self-awareness. Progressively people transform their relationship to themselves, to others and the way in which they live their lives.
No prior training in art or painting is necessary to benefit from this experience.
* Biodanza originated in South America and many of the musics played are Brazilian
